Intensive A2

After the completion of A1, students can move to the A2 level which is a slightly more advanced level for students. Students after securing at least 80% marks in the A1 level can move to the A2 level. Within the study period of 45 days, we make sure students get quality reading, listening, writing, speaking, and visual sessions. Our teachers are certified and well experienced to guide students on the right track to achieve their goals. We not only focus on theoretical teaching but provide enough visual sessions to help students understand German more conveniently.

We have a very peaceful environment that encourages students to focus on their studies and get fruitful results. Our teachers always follow a creative approach while teaching which inspires students to work hard and dedicate more time to studying. Within 45 days students will learn more advanced and slightly tricky German language than A1 level. 

Interested in Studying Abroad

Although you will learn more in the A2 level German Language Course, this is still just the beginning level. The primary focus of this level is to ensure that you can not just understand but communicate simply regarding simple topics fluently. 

You will be studying a lot of grammar and sentence structures in this A2 Level German Language course. By the end of this course, you should be able to have the following results:

  • Ability to understand and converse about personal life

  • Communicate about familiar and everyday life

Although graduating from A2 level of German Language is not recommended for your life in Germany as an international student. However, if you aim to just visit Germany for short travel, the A2 level German course is adequate. 

This German course is divided into two sections for convincing as well.

A2.1

This part of the A2 German Language Level is mostly concerned with making your knowledge and proficiency in non-technical life. Here you will mostly learn to use correct grammatical formats while talking about holidays, schools, past and leisure activities. 

By the end of the A2.1 level of the German Language, you should be able to:

  • Have decent conversation skills regarding personal life

  • Understand and communicate about general professional and past using simple sentences. 

The course includes:

Self Introduction 

  • Professions and activities

  • Past Retelling

  • School, training, curriculum vitae

  • Daily schedule leisure activities

  • Purchasing & spending money

  • Words around money

  • What ifs?

  • In the office, on the phone, making appointments

  • Verbs

  • The perfect tense

  • The group of nouns

  • The negation

  • Main and subordinate clauses

  • Verbs with dative and accusative

  • Subjunctive part II

  • Nouns and indicators of time

  • Cases

The grammar lessons in this course start from the Verb and last till the end. This part of the A2 level German intensive course is all about building your German Skills based on the A1 level language course

A2.2

Once you can talk about your personal life using simple sentences, it's time to diverge and talk about the world. While your comprehension and understanding of the Intensive German Language will still be rather simple, the context will expand. 

After finishing the A2.2 level of Intensive German Language course at Edu Zeit, you should be able to:

  • Converse about world affairs in simple German

  • Talk about expansive subjects such as Environment and Technology in simple terms 

Although your language level will still be considered a beginner, your ability to converse will increase. 

The A2.2 German Language course contains:

  • Vacation

  • Countries and nationalities

  • Planning a trip

  • Animals & dangerous animals

  • People

  • Living

  • Healthy nutrition

  • National and international news

  • Environment

  • Technology

  • Indicators of space

  • The group of nouns

  • Adjectives

  • Verbs

  • The perfect tense

  • Verbs + Prepositions

  • Nouns

  • Prepositions of space & time

If you are traveling to Germany for travel or temporary visits, completing the A2.2 German Language Level is more than adequate.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Student Must be over 16 years

  • Student must have completed over 200 hours of A1 Language course

  • 80% marks in all of the previous courses i.e., A1.
    Placement tests would be taken if students have not taken classes at Edu Zeit.

Examination 

  • Reading which lasts roughly 30 minutes

  • Listening Exam of around 30 Minutes

  • Writing Exam lasting 30 Minutes

  • Speaking (can be done in Pair or individual) with 15 minutes per person

In the end, the A2 German intensive course is all about expanding your context and vocabulary regarding the Deutsch language. Although you might still have minor problems if you choose to study in Germany, your General life in Germany as an international student should not have any issues- should you get an offer to study in Germany.
